Adrian Hope joins BigChange to lead new customer success team
18th September 2020 – Adrian Hope has joined BigChange, the mobile-workforce-management technology company, as its first Customer Success Director. At BigChange, Adrian will work with customers to help them maximise the benefits of their investment in the firm’s software.

With a world-class background in IT and project management, Adrian will make sure customers get even more value out of BigChange’s software, helping them boost their own businesses. He has more than 20 years’ experience in leading projects and programmes for large organisations.

He was formerly Chief Corporate Services Officer at the health-and-wellbeing services provider, BHSF. Before then, Hope was IT Director for the SP Group, which provides smart point-of-sale solutions, and led IT programmes for Coral during its time as a FTSE 250 firm.
