Release 23/01/23

Release 23.01 is the first release of the year, and contains two headline features. Want to save time and reduce administrative effort while financially completing your company’s jobs? Struggle to remember multiple passwords for all your online accounts? Simplified Financial Completion and Auth0 can help you out. Users will start to see these features added to their system from 23rd January onwards.

LET’S TALK

Continuing from the success of last year’s Customer Forums, we’re really looking forward to hosting the next one on the 14th March at Select Car Leasing Stadium, Reading.


These events are a fantastic opportunity to hear all about BigChange’s vision & plans for 2023 and meet us in person. It’s a great day out at some of the UK’s top sporting venues (hospitality included!) and we would love for you to join us at one of the events throughout the year. Your Customer Success representative will reach out to you over the coming months to check your availability, or contact Louise Stone (Customer Marketing Manager) directly if you would like to find out where we are holding the events this year.

7 STEPS TO SUCCESS

We’re obsessed about onboarding you to the BigChange Job Management platform quickly and effectively. Do you know the 7-steps which we take to ensure we work together with quality and consistency? These have been perfected over time to maximise the speed we get you to feeling value and benefit from your transition to BigChange…

1. KICK OFF

This is an introductory call from your allocated Delivery Manager to make sure you know who will be managing the project.

2. DISCOVERY

This call is where we will bring the BigChange sales representative and your Delivery Manager to step through the project plan. This project plan will track the processes, risks, delivery deadlines and progress being made so that we can keep our customers up to date on the overall project progress.

3. CORE TRAINING

This is where you will start to learn all about BigChange by taking our BigChange University courses and be trained by your Delivery Manager so that you can start to see immediate value! We will get you setup and configured so that you can start scheduling jobs within no time.

4. ADVANCED TRAINING

As you start to build your knowledge and understand we will guide you through what is next to bring to life the power of BigChange.

5. ADVANCED CONFIGURATION

The natural next step to help get into more advanced parts of the BigChange platform.

6. UAT & SNAGGING

We want to ensure things are set up and working as expected and agree that your business outcomes have been achieved.

7. LAUNCH & HANDOVER

This call is with your Delivery Manager, and your designated Customer Success representative to hand you over and complete the project.
