Our system automatically generates standard job cards, featuring data captured in the field. Choose the information displayed on the job cards and personalise with your company logo.

BigChange offers an extensive suite of form templates for all your (paperless) paperwork. As well as standard industry forms, you can generate custom forms using our online document template builder or our Microsoft Word add-in. We also offer a service to create custom reports and documents for you where we can match existing paper-based layouts including your company’s specific brand identity.


Microsoft Word Add-In
Our Microsoft Word Add-In gives you a new level of flexibility for creating customised documents and emails. Create your own personalised financial documents, certificates, health & safety forms, job cards and emails. Working in Word, you use BigChange keywords to pull in the relevant information such as job and customer details, job card answers with photos, job costs and other related information. Combine this with all the features of Word to create an impactful document. Once you’re happy with the layout, the template can be uploaded to BigChange, ready and waiting for next time.

With our custom template building options you can recreate your financial documents including invoices, purchase orders, quotations and order forms. Define specific fields and data, as well as the format and design.
FOLLOW ON JOBS – CUSTOM AUTOMATION
You can set up jobs by type using our automated ‘Follow on Jobs’ feature, where a job could not be completed, it will schedule in an additional job automatically. Our custom automation carries over information such as job contact, original job details, skills, constraints, financial line items, original mobile workers comments and other relevant detail.
