Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Once Sales order is placed liaise directly with the customer to process order
  • Ensure payment is made for any hardware or sign customer up to Direct Debit
  • Update JobWatch with Contract details.
  • Manage all customer contracts “in life” queries.
  • Resolve any queries the customer may have during the order process
  • Once deal is completed, pass through to colleagues in the implementation, bookings and stock team
  • Request vehicle details and availability from customer to assist bookings team
  • Support other departments when Commercial advice is needed
  • Process custom report/job card requests and custom report/job card amendments
  • Assist Head of Commercial as and when required
  • Assist Credit Controller as and when required
  • Other duties as delegated from time to time by the Head of Commercial or any other person designated in their absence
  • Manage BigChange’s personal data and confidential information responsibly, and maintain its quality, confidentiality, integrity and availability at all times.  Report personal data and security near-misses and incidents promptly, and cooperate in their resolution. 
  • Be aware of and comply with the BigChange Health and Safety Policy and related legislation; report Health and Safety near-misses and accidents promptly and collaborate to document and resolve.
  • Ensure data processing equipment assigned to you by BigChange, and any personal equipment used to process BigChange data or access BigChange systems, is kept secure and used in accordance with the Acceptable Usage Policy.   

Your Competencies:

  • 1 year + experience in a similar environment (Essential)
  • Minimum of GCSE’s (Preferred) or time served in role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages (Essential)
