We started out in 2013 with a mission to free business from inefficient processes and time-consuming paperwork. Today, our award-winning BigChange system and JobWatch mobile workforce app are driving productivity for customers of all sizes across more than 60 industries.
In 2021, BigChange reached a major milestone in its growth journey, raising £75m from Boston-based private equity house Great Hill Partners. The deal valued BigChange at £100m and the company will use this investment to keep building out its technology, while prioritising customer experience and expanding its international reach.
In official recognition of the company’s efforts, in 2020 we were extremely proud to be awarded a Queen’s Award for Enterprise: Innovation, one of the highest business honours in the UK. This was awarded for our contribution to international trade, innovation, sustainable development and promoting opportunity.
