The New Product Portal 

At BigChange, our customers’ and partners’ input is invaluable to the development of our platform. We’re proud to partner with the trades and field service industries to build software that makes you unstoppable. Over the past 10+ years, our customers have submitted thousands of suggestions, many of which have directly shaped the BigChange platform into what it is today. 

The new BigChange Product Portal is a smarter, more transparent way to gather, prioritise and share progress on your feedback. The Product Portal enables our developers to identify trends, understand the impact of suggested improvements, and prioritise the most meaningful advancements. It also provides customers with the ability to track the status of their BigChange feedback submissions.

Customer-Led Roadmap

Our proactive, customer-informed approach to development ensures the BigChange product roadmap aligns with your needs, enabling us to deliver tools faster. By providing access to our product roadmap and making it quick and easy to provide feedback, we can ensure the BigChange platform evolves in the ways that truly matter to you,” said Barr. 

BigChange’s product roadmap is visible to customers, with development stages clearly defined: 

  • Under Consideration: A bug, issue or feature request has been raised and is actively under review. 
  • Planned: Enhancements, features, and tools are scheduled to ensure BigChange remains a trusted, effective job management platform. 
  • In Progress: Work is currently underway.  
  • Beta: New BigChange features are nearly complete and being tested with select customers for refinement. 
  • Launched: Tools and updates are now available to all customers. 

Even after release, customer and partner feedback helps the BigChange product team to spot what’s working well and where there’s room for improvement. By involving you at every stage of development, we can validate our work, address hidden challenges, and build solutions that truly meet your needs.
