  • Our new office has its very own recording studio, and this year we are planning on launching our very own podcast. Details to follow on how you can get involved.
  • We take a brief look at the first software release of the year, 24.01
  • Discover how Anthony Grace uses BigChange to make ASH Integrated Services UNSTOPPABLE with our first video case study of 2024.
  • Last but not least, we announce which little changer won our colouring competition and watch out for details of this months competition.

New Customer Service Offerings Are Here

Last year we let you know of changes happening to make our industry leading customer service offerings even better. At the end of last year, our RoadCrew customer service team got together to launch our new customer service offerings, which are now live to all our users.

These include:

  • A new and improved help centre.
  • An online portal to see all open requests and any progress.
  • More ways to get in touch with RoadCrew, such as an online chat!

Don't worry, we haven't taken away the ability to give us a call, so if the telephone is your preferred method, you can still call us on 0113 457 1000.

New BigChange Head Quarters

In 2023 we waved goodbye to our old office, 3150 Century Way, which was our home for 5 wonderful years. In 2024 we moved 45 meters down the road to 3175 so it should be easy for you to find us!

Our new home has double the space for our teams to come together and work collaboratively, as well as purpose built creative and innovation spaces.

We cannot wait to show it to you and welcome you through our doors.

Customer Podcasts

One of the creative spaces our new home has to offer is a purpose built studio for recording exciting new content with ease. This will not only allow us to increase our production of webinars, but also record videos more regularly guiding you through new features, and existing favourites.

We plan to launch our very own podcast. The purpose will be multi-layered. Its primary purpose is to give you, our community the opportunity to come together and talk about the things that matter to you. This could be challenges that you face within your industry, and how you overcome them, best practices to complete certain tasks, or anything else that you may think others would benefit from hearing.

Taking part not only allows you to provide your view but acts as an excellent marketing opportunity for you and your business at no cost!

We are still working on the finer details, however, if you are interested in taking part, speak to your Customer Success Manager, or email louise.stone@bigchange.com.

Release 24.01

Our first release of the year was unsurprisingly 24.01. It included multiple behind the scenes improvements and speed enhancements.

But that’s not all, we also launched a new navigation bar, which makes better use of the space on the screen allowing users to see more of the content they need. This small change marks the start of our journey to make our platform fresher, more responsive, and accessible to all.

Customers will continue to see more of these small changes that make a big difference throughout 2024.

In addition to that we have big plans around job scheduling, finance and yes, you heard it here first bringing AI to BigChange.

It's going to be an exciting year for our product development as we add more time saving features to make your business UNSTOPPABLE

Customer Spotlight on; ASH Integrated Services

ASH provides a one-stop-shop for electrical, mechanical, and HVAC services to their clients and uses BigChange to help administer the maintenance of over 390 properties.

In this months case study video we caught up with Anthony Grace, Director at ASH Integrated Services, as he describes how their BigChange adaptation, enhanced collaboration, and transformative partnerships will enable them to turn over more than £7m this coming financial year.

Competition

It's that time again, for our monthly competition.

Before we announce this months question, you will recall that last months competition was for the little changers in our community. We tasked them to colour in a seasonal picture demonstrating the use of BigChange.

The winners were brother and sister Harry and Pippa. You have each won a Crayola Inspiration Art Case, congratulations to you both, we hope you enjoy using them.

This months competition question for a mystery prize is as follows:

Christmas Eve is the time when Santa carries out the biggest job of the year. However, BigChange customers also worked on Xmas Eve. How many jobs did you complete between you on the 24th December?

Is it:

  • A = 50
  • B = 150
  • C = 3,150
  • D = 3 million, one hundred and fifty thousand.

To enter, click on the link: https://forms.office.com/e/6QBRS2jNBB, the winner of a mystery prize will be announced in next months newsletter.
