Quality Policy

BigChange is committed to operating, continually improving and implementing appropriate quality management systems, policies and processes to enable the delivery of the highest practicable quality products and services many of which are managed by the BigChange JobWatch System. BigChange is committed to fulfilling customer requirements, obligations and delivering a consistently high level of service to our customers and interested parties.

Our quality management system provides the framework for identifying opportunities and controlling risks to ensure the quality of products and services through setting and reviewing objectives thus maximising our potential to enhance customer experience and the relationship with other interested parties such as suppliers and business partners. It provides all interested parties and customers with the confidence that the provision of services and products will be consistently delivered to predetermined high standards.

Information Security Policy

BigChange is committed to operating, continually improving and implementing appropriate information security management systems, policies, processes and controls to maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of its, and its customers’, information and information processing facilities.

The primary objective is to ensure that BigChange fulfils all of its information security obligations to customers and other interested parties.

Our information security management system provides the framework for identifying opportunities and controlling risks to information security through setting objectives, the implementation of operational controls and continuous improvement, thus maximising our potential to fulfil all information security obligations to customers and other external parties, such as suppliers and business partners. It provides all interested parties and customers with the confidence that their information and information processing facilities shall be kept appropriately secure whilst under the control of BigChange.

We recognise that our business relationships require on-going commitment to achieving business excellence at every level of BigChange and its supply chains.

Business Continuity Policy

BigChange is committed to operating, continually improving and implementing appropriate business continuity management systems, policies and processes to enable it to continue operating to acceptable levels of performance under adverse situations. The primary objective is to ensure that BigChange delivers a consistently high level of service to our customers and interested parties.

The business continuity management system provides the framework for identifying and controlling risks to the operation of the business and the delivery of products and services, through setting objectives, the implementation of operational controls and continuous improvement, thus maximises our potential to fulfil all business continuity obligations to customers and other external parties such as suppliers and business partners. It provides all interested parties and customers with the confidence that the provision of services and products will be delivered to predetermined standards under adverse situations.

We recognise that our business relationships require on-going commitment to achieving business excellence at every level of BigChange and its supply chains.

Fair Use Policies

For the mutual benefit and protection of customers, BigChange operates the following policy:

Site or Webservices Loading

BigChange provides well provisioned services in shared computing environments to customers on the basis that customers use of the services shall not cause other customers to suffer performance loss, through excessive consumption. BigChange reserve the right to withdraw services or reduce the rate of a customers’ consumption of services, or temporarily restrict user accounts, functions or services until usage affecting other customers is understood and agreed.

Any customer load testing or security testing must be agreed in writing by BigChange in advance of testing.

Sending Emails and SMS Messages

The reputation of BigChange as an email/SMS sender is important to BigChange and its customers, and so customers must maintain clean email address and phone number data and be mindful of the content of emails/SMS sent. The sending, uploading, distribution or dissemination of unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, obscene, profane, harassing, hateful, violent or otherwise objectionable content is strictly prohibited. Customers must NOT use BigChange services to send spam emails/SMS or intentionally distribute malicious links or software. The identity of the sender must be clear and correct. BigChange reserve the right to withdraw email and SMS services for any user or customer who adversely affects BigChange’s reputation as a sender.

Third-Party Product Support

Access to BigChange software relies on third party software products provided by the customer. The providers of third party software release new versions from time to time to provide new feature and importantly availability, data integrity and security improvements. BigChange is committed to enabling customers to adopt new versions once they are identified as reliable in operation and as soon as is reasonably practicable. Similarly, BigChange will withdraw support for older versions from time to time at its absolute discretion to mitigate availability, data integrity and security risks; when safety permits, reasonable notice will be provided in advance.
