Welcome to the December edition of the BigCommunity Newsletter, keeping you updated with all the latest news from BigChange.

It’s the final one for 2023, so we wanted to make it a bit different.

Functionality Added to BigChange in 2023

2023 was a big year in system development for BigChange, our primary focus was improving job finance functionality, however, that didn’t mean we neglected other areas of the system.

We added hundreds of new features, see some of our favourites here – if you want to view the full list – head over to releasenotes.bigchange.com.

New features

2023 A Year In Numbers

2023 has not just been a big year for BigChange, it’s been a Big year for you, our customers.

From 1st January to 1st December this year, between you, you have:

Completed 15 Million jobs.

Raised 1.4 Billion in invoices.

Saved 180 Thousand trees by using paperless job cards and invoicing.

Saved 18 Million miles by using the route optimiser.

Travelled 647 Million miles – that’s enough to travel around the world 26 Thousand times.

We also welcomed 280 new customers to the BigChange community from a wide range of industries and sectors.

The BigChange family also grew by over 65 members, many of whom joined us at the end of year party last month.

It’s great to have our new customers and colleagues with us. We cannot wait to see what 2024 brings you.

Competition Time

Last month we announced the holiday season competition, this time it was for the little changers of our community.

We want to see your drawings of something seasonal and job management related. For example, it could be a cosy fire being serviced by an engineer, or it could be Santa using a BigChange tablet to do a vehicle check.

Please email your entry to competitions@bigchange.com by 18:00 on 5th January. The winner will not only be shown in our first newsletter of 2024 but win a mystery prize.
