SSO closes those gaps. BigChange now connects directly with your existing identity provider (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace), so your team signs in once, with the credentials they already use, and get straight to work.

When BigChange is connected to your primary identity provider, it inherits the security protocols already in place: Multi-Factor Authentication, conditional access policies, session controls. The heavy lifting is done. BigChange simply becomes part of it.
There's a compliance benefit here too. A single point of entry means access logs are clean, auditable, and straightforward to review — useful when customers, contracts, or internal governance require you to demonstrate rigorous access controls.
Onboarding and offboarding, handled
When someone joins the team, their BigChange access is provisioned automatically through your identity provider. When they leave, revoking access centrally removes it everywhere — including BigChange — immediately.
