Enter the BigChange outstanding women in field service award

BigChange’s outstanding women in field service award celebrates tradespeople, engineers, operatives or service engineers who are champions of diversity. They might be going the extra mile to provide extraordinary levels of customer service. Or they might be supporting diversity initiatives, helping other women to launch their careers.

With their permission, you can nominate up to 3 women in field service who deserve recognition – and help them develop their career even further. They’ll win £2000 – plus their employer will win £1000 to help develop diversity initiatives. They can be working in any business or organisation – even your own.

Eligible field service industries include, but are not limited to, building maintenance, facilities maintenance, specialist cleaning, plumbing and heating, electrical, fire and security maintenance services, drainage services, hire industry, site surveys, landscape gardening.
